Death Penalty for Changing Subway Cars

We Don't Yet Know If Killing Bryan Kocis Is Punishable By The Death Penalty, however, changing Subway Cars IS in New York City
A guy in New York was recently killed by the NYPD as a result of the guy and another guy Changing Subway Cars. So, apparently not only is changing Subway Cars a crime in New York City, the crime of "changing subway cars" is punishable by The Death Penalty.

A NYPD Cop apparently shot off 14 bullets at two guys in a fucking city as densely populated as New York City. I don't care what kind of crime is under way, under what possible set of circumstances could shoot off guns 14, 15, 16, 30, 40, 50 times in the middle of a fucking city be SANE?

Fortunately, some beauch NYPD cop got shot-up during the incident. I say fortunately because, eventually, after enough NYPD Cops get shot-up and killed (usually by each other) while they are in the process of causing crimes, maybe the fucking NYPD might actually have the revelation that causing crimes has a downside.

Now, do we need ask The Races of the Two Guys the NYPD was trying to arrest for changing Subway Cars?

White Trash City

Maybe I'm off base, but I think EVERYONE in New York City would be much happier if all the White Trash in New York City segregate themselves to Governor's Island. If the White Trash WERE segregated away from Blacks and Hispanics, they would only CREATE some other class of people to abuse, such is the nature of fuckers who are themselves abuse victims.

You gotta love the Press reports on this incident in which a Guy Got killed for changing subway cars, the report goes into the "criminal history" of the guy killed. Question: "How was the NYPD able to tell that the Guy had a Criminal History from the fact that he was changing subway cars?"

[I] NEW YORK (AP) _ A police officer wounded in a fatal shootout last week with an armed parolee with a long rap sheet was hit by a bullet fired by another officer, police officials said Monday … Ballistics evidence from the Bronx subway platform where the shooting occurred showed that Officer Annmarie Marchiondo was accidentally shot in the left foot by one of two officers who fired 14 times at the parolee, who was being detained for riding between cars of a moving subway train, police said. Riding between cars is against subway regulations. Newsday
