Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
I'm watching Smokin Aces again on DVD and the DVD has a trailer for Guy Richie's "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. I had almost forgotten how beautiful Nick Moran is.
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, some business magazine actually claimed that Madonna was America's most successful business woman. So, what does that make women like Martha Stewart and Oprah who have more money than Madonna and who WEREN'T photographed hitchhiking naked?
I was a big Madonna fan like most gay men UNTIL I saw the idiots that Madonna had around her when Madonna showed up at The Gaiety. I can't imagine anyone with a brain being surrounded by the people Madonna had with her at The Gaiety. Madonna's marketing strategy appears to be that if you try everything, something's bound to click with at least one market segment.
YOU HAVE TO WONDER what Madonna thinks about watching Posh slobbering all over David Beckham when Madonna is stuck with Guy Richie? A woman who wants to be seen as having the best of everything is STUCK with Guy Richie. And, get this, from what I read, the reason it took so long for Madonna and Guy Richie to marry was because Guy Richie absolutely REFUSED to sign a pre-nup. So, let's put two and two together ...
Madonna is married to a guy with no Pre-Nup in a country that recognzies a 50/50 split of marital assets. Does THAT sound like a great business woman to you? AND, Guy Richie isn't even cute (at least not anymore).
Well, I guess I should not be so hard on Guy Richie. I mean, after Guy divorces Madonna, Guy is gonna be PRIME MEAT for all the Ho Boyz looking for " A Richie".
Given all that Guy Richie has FAILED to live up to, I have to say that I enjoyed Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. I especially liked the lovely lovely Nick Moran.
How anybody could go back to having sex with Madonna after meeting Nick Moran is just beyond me.
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels is a 1998 English violent black comedy film directed and written by Guy Ritchie. The story is a heist film involving a self-confident young card shark who loses £500,000 to a powerful crimelord in a rigged game of three card brag.
