The trial of Timothy Boham for putting A VERY LARGE HOLE in the head of Fat Buffoon Debt Buyer JP Kelso is set to begin in Denver.

I guess the trial is to determine how much money Kelso's Estate owes Tim for services rendered.

Jury selection is under way for a former gay porn star accused of killing a man in Denver. Police said Timothy Boham, 27, intended to rob John Kelso, 43. Kelso was found dead Nov., 13, 2006 in his home. He had been shot to death. A cleaning person found Kelso's body in the bathtub of his Congress Park home. TheDenverChannel.

A point we tried to make during Harlow Cuadra's trial is that the legal process in America is adversarial. More or less, even if you know you are guilty of a crime, the burden in on the prosecution to prove that you committed the crime. And,

In Timothy Boham's case, the only two people who were in Dip Shit Kelso's House were Kelso and Boham.

That Safe

All of this talk and all of these AFFIDAVITS about A SAFE in JP Kelso's house and police and prosecutors never saw any safe in Kelso's house and, they can't prove that there ever was a safe in Kelso's house.

The Person claiming that Kelso was rumored to have a safe in his house was / is Kelso's male housekeeper. Also,

The other claims about a safe were made by Timothy Boham's sister who stated / claimed that Boham confessed to her about breaking into Kelso's Safe.

So, when you read all of this shit (including fucking AFFIDAVITS) coming from Police and Prosecutors, just keep in mind that they never saw a safe and they have no evidence that any safe existed.
